Product Introduction

● Reaction kettle, also known as stirring tank, stirring tank, paint mixing kettle, dispersing kettle, etc., has the characteristics of energy saving, corrosion resistance, strong production capacity, convenient cleaning, simple structure, etc. It is mainly used for uniform stirring of various liquid materials after mixing.

● Suitable for various liquids and slurries, such as latex paints, industrial paints, coatings, colorants, inks, food, beverages, adhesives, lithium battery slurries, etc.

● The reaction kettle has the functions of liquid-liquid or powder-liquid stirring and mixing, and belongs to mass production products; and can be supplemented by dispersing, emulsifying, heating and cooling functions to meet the needs of different production processes.

Working Head StructureType Of Reactor

Working principle: Driven by the power unit, the agitator (dispersing disc, paddle, anchor, frame and other stirring forms) rotates in a fixed direction. During the rotation process, the material is driven to rotate axially and radially. The materials in the container have axial motion and circular motion at the same time, so there are several stirring forms such as shear stirring and diffusion stirring. It can effectively stir and mix materials quickly. The dispersing disc can quickly disperse and dissolve by running at high speed. Through circular motion, the stirring plate accelerates the material circulation and improves the dispersion efficiency. The material is depolymerized, dispersed, homogenized, refined and sheared repeatedly for a certain period of time under the appropriate amount of emulsifier and mature technology to produce a stable emulsion. Under the action of a variety of different directional forces, strong turbulent flow is generated.
