Product Introduction

● Mixing tank mainly consists of tank body, cover, agitator, supporting feet, transmission device and shaft seal device.

● Tank body and cover can be connected by flange seal or welding. Also they could be with holes for purpose of feeding, discharging, observation, temperature measurement and safety vent.

● Transmission devices (a motor or a reducer) are installed on top of the cover and the agitator inside the tank is driven by stirring shaft.

● Mixing tanks are widely used in coatings, medicine, building materials, chemicals, pigments, resins, food, scientific research and other industries.

Working principle:

  • The non-standard customized mixing tank has the functions of stirring, mixing and emulsifying liquid or powder. It is a mass production product, and can be supplemented by dispersing, emulsifying, heating and cooling functions to meet the needs of different production processes.

  • When customizing the mixing tank, it is necessary to consider the material characteristics, working temperature, working pressure, operation mode and other factors to determine the structure of the mixing tank.

  • The form of the agitator in the tank needs to be determined according to the viscosity, fluidity, thixotropy and other factors of the material.

  • Comprehensive power, rotational speed, torque, line speed and other factors determine the best material of the agitator and improve the strength design of the agitator.
