Product Configuration

The production process of water-based coatings is roughly divided into the following parts: batching, dispersion, grinding, paint mixing, filtration, filling.

  • Batching and conveying system: liquid batching adopts pump and flow meter; powder batching adopts weighing system and gas transportation; auxiliary batching adopts weighing measurement and gravity;

  • Dispersion system: The first process of pulping, the powder and liquid are quickly and evenly dispersed into the liquid through a high-speed disperser to form a white slurry with no agglomeration of powder and uniform mixing;

  • Grinding system: A series horizontal sand mill is used, which can meet the fineness requirements at one time. The color paste grinding can choose a basket grinding or a rod-pin horizontal sand mill.

  • Paint mixing system: the process of uniformly mixing the prepared slurry with emulsion, color paste and additives through a single-axis or multi-functional paint mixing kettle;

  • Filtration system: filter impurities of finished paint through bag filter or self-cleaning filter;

  • Filling system: Fill the filtered finished product. The filling specification is usually 10-25kg. You can choose a semi-automatic filling machine or a full-automatic filling machine.

  • Operating platform: single-layer or three-layer, dispersed on the top layer, grinding on the second layer, paint adjustment on the third layer, top-to-bottom process, which can effectively reduce the residue in the pipeline, reduce Power transmission energy consumption; filtration and filling are placed on the bottom layer, which is convenient for transportation.

Production process

  • Set the production formula on the industrial computer or touch screen before production; PLC controls the pump valve to add resin, solvent and powder to the high-speed dispersing kettle according to the formula, PLC controls the frequency converter, and operates the motor to drive the disperser according to the setting. The working speed starts to work and completes the pulping.

  • After the pulping is completed, the PLC controls the opening of the valve at the bottom of the pulping kettle, and the material is pumped or self-flowed to the sand mill station. The pipeline level gauge reminds the PLC to turn on the diaphragm pump of the sand mill and start feeding the sand mill. All the sand mills connected in series start to work one by one, and a transfer cylinder is added in the middle; the grinding is completed.

  • The grinding and discharging materials are transported to the paint mixing kettle by the pump. According to the production plan, color mixing and paint mixing are carried out.

  • After the paint adjustment is completed, the finished paint is transported to the finished product storage tank by the filter trolley for storage, or conveyed to the filling machine station for filling.
