Product Introduction

● The Butterfly-machine has frequency controlled for the butterfly stirrer, for stageless speed adjustment. The butterfly stirrer can be equipped with a side- and bottom scraper. On request, the butterfly stirrer can be designed for customers own vessels.

● The Butterfly-Dissolver is extremely well suited for industries which have a need for mixing medium to high viscous products i.e. plasters, putties, adhesives and silicones. The unique design of the new developed low speed stirrer together with a standard impeller disc, will allow wetting, homogenizing and dispersing of products with high solid concentration, as never before seen.

Working Head StructureType of Butterfly Mixer

Working principle: Butterfly mixing and dispersing machine is a high-efficiency stirring and mixing equipment. The agitator adopts three-blade butterfly blades. The butterfly agitator running at low speed makes the material turn and mix in the cylinder. Strong shearing makes the aggregate quickly meet the requirements of mixing, dispersing and dissolving, and vacuuming is carried out during the process of stirring and dispersing, which can effectively improve the quality of the product.
