Main features ● Working capacity from 50L to 10000L. ● Suitable for cream and emulsion of 10,000~100,000cps viscosity. ● Perfect particle size of 2 micrometers and evenly distributed. ● Complete process of mixing, dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, vacuum, heating and cooling in one unit. ● Under vacuum operation this mixer could prevent outside air and bobbles from entering into mixing chamber and occurring altogether. ● Variable speed for homogenizer and agitator. ● Lifting system: hydraulic or ELectric lifting，easy cleaning and maintenance. ● Heating/Cooling system: Steam heating or electric heating/ tap-water cooling or together with chilled water cooling. ● Dissolving tanks: Dish head bottom and open flat top (dish head top optional), double jacketed. ● Control system: Buttons with instruments or PLC controlled. ● At some point during operation, the scraper agitator generates circular motion, causing the PTFE scraper to grab the pot’s outside frame, effectively resolving the issue of material staining at the pot’s wall and remaining active.

Working Head StructureType of Vacuum Emulsifier Working principle: The powerful motor of the vacuum emulsifier rotates at a high speed to form a vacuum between the rotor and the stator, and the material is sucked from the top and bottom of the rotor and stator. The material is adhered to the wall, so that the scraped material continuously generates a new interface; the agitator cooperates with the high linear speed of the rotation to shear, so that the material undergoes strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, strong force between the rotor and the stator gap. After shearing, it will fly out, and under the action of a variety of different directional forces, strong turbulent flow will be generated; because the emulsification pot is in a vacuum state, the bubbles generated during the stirring process of the material will be evacuated in time. |
