Product Introduction

● The three-roll mill is mainly composed of rollers, stopper device, distance adjustment device, discharge device, transmission device and frame.

● The three-roll mill is an effective grinding equipment for high-viscosity materials. It is mainly used for the grinding of various coatings, paints, inks, pigments, plastics, cosmetics, soaps, ceramics, rubber and other liquid slurries and paste-like materials.

● It is a wet grinding and pulverizing machine with various functions such as pulverizing, dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, and toning, and can be used for scientific research, testing, formulation and micro-adjustment production.

Working Head StructureType of Three Roll Mill

Working principle: When the equipment is started, the three rollers are driven by the transmission device to realize slow, medium and fast rotation respectively at a certain speed ratio. There is a pressure and speed difference. When adjusting the roller spacing and pressing force, the shearing and extrusion effects on the material are changed. The material is first squeezed between the medium and slow rollers, and then enters the gap between the medium and fast rollers to continue. Grinding, the product particles become thinner, and then taken out by the fast roller. The end of the fast roller is equipped with a scraper to separate the material from the roller and fall into the collection barrel. In order to achieve uniform grinding, the material usually needs to be ground cyclically.
