Product Introduction

● Working principle: materials are sucked into the grinding chamber through the high-speed rotation of the self-priming impeller and finely ground in the grinding chamber, and then discharged through the mesh plate at the bottom of the grinding basket to be dispersed and mixed through the high-speed dispersion disk, while achieving material circulation.

● Well-structured grinding basket, easy to clean and color, save space and maintenance costs, economical and practical.

● Double jacketed tank can achieve the best temperature control, and customers can also use their own tanks.

Working Head StructureType of Basket Mill

Generally, there are two types of working head structure for a basket mill: the bottom cycle structure and the side cycle structure.

At most applications, a bottom cycle working head is enough to handle the milling work. On it, fluid is sucked into the working chamber by the inside top impellers and then be milled by the high speed agitated small hard beads. After the milling, the fluid is pushed out through a precise sieve at the chamber bottom. Finally the high speed blades under the sieve will disperse proceeded particles into around fluid quickly.

On the side cycle structure of working head, the working process is similar. But the difference is that the proceeded fluid will be seperated out with the beads by the sieve around the head side. Then there is a pair of symmetric high speed dispersion discs with blades side by the milling head to mixing the particles with around fluid. This type structure is more suitable for big batch volume milling work and usually has higher machine cost.
